Refund Policy

We hope you're happy with everything you purchase from SHEARFORCE Power Products Ltd, however if you would like to return or exchange anything then please read on

We have a 14-day return policy for UNWANTED goods purchased on-line, over the phone or by mail order, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

If the goods are FAULTY this return period is extended to 30 days.  We do however have the right to repair or replace a faulty item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@shearforce.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question at sales@shearforce.com.

For goods purchased and collected in person at our warehouse an exchange or refund will only apply to FAULTY goods as per above not UNWANTED goods.  As a gesture of goodwill UNWANTED goods purchased at our warehouse may be eligible for a gift voucher to use on any of our products. Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable and non-refundable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges must always be received back in perfect, resalable condition in order to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, credit or exchange should we deem the product to be returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition. All items must be received unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Please dispatch with our return address clearly visible on the package. 
IMPORTANT: IF RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CLEARLY MARK THE PACKAGE “RETURN TO UK SELLER”
If you fail to do this, a customs charge may be added upon entry to the UK. SHEARFORCE Power Products Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any returns customs charges.
 
Exchanges are reshipped in the UK free of charge. If you are requesting an exchange and are an international customer, there may be a reduced delivery charge to cover reshipping fees.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

We will not refund initial paid shipping costs, only the product(s) costs will be covered. remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
